Mr. Salman Ashraf Vaid is a business entrepreneur based in Karachi. With a wish to see revival of deteriorating education system of Pakistan, he thinks that working at grass root level by providing research-based textbooks for children can bring a positive change in the society.

Mr. Sharjeel Ahmed is a dedicated researcher, writer, editor and teacher educator. He has a diversified academic and professional background. He holds a master's degree in Islamic Studies (Karachi University) and a master's degree in Education (Hamdard University). His areas of interest are Philosophy, English, Islamic Studies, Educational Psychology, Educational Management and Early Childhood Education. He has contributed to several publications of Spectrum Publishers and has conducted various professional development workshops for school teachers.

M. Khalid Rahman is a journalism teacher, writer and editor. He has done master's in journalism from an American university. He has been a senior staffer in Daily Dawn where he was editor-in-charge of Young World, The Review & Sci-Tech World, and has written interesting articles and features for children, science students and academicians. He is proficient in both English and Urdu languages and has contributed to several academic books for Spectrum Publishers.

Mr. Yawer Zakaria, the CFO of Spectrum, has been with the Finance Profession for the last 11 years with a diversified portfolio. He is also associated with Arthur Lawrence (a US based multinational management and technology consultants head quartered in Houston – Texas) as Financial Controller & Company Secretary. Mr. Zakaria is affiliated with several accountancy bodies including ICAP, ACCA, PIPFA, CICA etc. and has previously served in different companies in management position at DHL Pakistan, Khairpur Sugar Mills Limited etc. He completed his mandatory articleship with A. F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers network).

Mr. Danish Akbar (Manager Production) has vast and broad experience in the field of Pre-Press & Print Management. He is a graduate of Govt. Premier College (Karachi). He has worked with several companies as a Pre-Press & Production Manager. He has dynamic abilities in handling and managing printing tasks under pressure circumstances. Moreover, he is a multitasking person, he led the Designing department and social media dept too, and now from Nov 2020, he is working as a Senior Manager in Spectrum Head Office.
